This is worth while. Faxes make a much more powerful impression than e-mail. Your fax may land
on the ambassador's desk. (E-mails, on the other hand, especially the standardized ones,
may get filtered out by webmasters - it's no joke to get thousands of e-mails a day, especially
for a small office like a minor UN mission...)

List of fax numbers of UN missions:
gafaxlist.csv (currently 179 verified numbers;
US, UK, Israel and Kuwait are omitted.)
Save the file by right-clicking on the file-name and selecting Save Target As
(not left click, that opens it for a preview and changes the format).
Save as a csv file (comma separated text). It is optimized for use with the broadcast fax
facility at efax.com.
Efax will charge you 6 cents per page (from anywhere in the world), or about $11 to send a fax
to each UN mission on the list.
You'll need to set up an account, charge up an account balance, and follow the instructions
for Broadcast fax.
Upload the the list of General Assembly members' fax numbers, or csv file (format option: ASCII),
and your message document.
Your message can be a doc file, or pdf which preserves formatting better -
your Word software may have Acrobat Pdf Writer in the list of printers.
If you have time, talent and a tenner on top, personalize or "merge" your message -
cost is double, 12 cents per page. Use the complete address data from

or
www.waronfreedom.org/activists/unmissions.txt.
Right click and Save Target As text file, open in Excel.
And Blast away! Click on send, and 180 faxes at once are on their way.
Do Click on the button to monitor sending progress, this allows you to redial failed numbers
and get confirmation that faxes were sent.
