Witness tampering, faked evidence, inflammatory testimony display political motives and confirm Charlie Sheen's allegations, experts claim.

Washington, DC April 21, 2006 -- The trial holding Zacarias Moussaoui responsible for the horrors of 9/11 has all the marks of a political charade, according to Scholars for 9/11 Truth, a society of experts devoted to exposing falsehoods and establishing truths about the events of that day.

The mentally instable Moussaoui "confessed" that he and shoe-bomber Richard Reid were going to hijack a fifth Boeing -- but even the FBI found this implausible, and Reid himself could not be brought to confess to it.

Although Moussaoui wasn't directly linked to 9/11, the government wants him put to death for failing to report everything he knew about it. This is plainly unconstitutional, says 9/11 Truth Scholar Webster Tarpley. The Fifth Amendment states: "No person shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself."

"This trial is a grave violation of due process," says Professor James H. Fetzer. "They couldn't link him to 9/11, so the prosecutors used a confession to an invented plot as if it were relevant."

"Government prosecutors have contaminated witnesses, elicited testimony they cannot corroborate, and -- according to multiple reports -- even forced Moussaoui to wear a 'stun belt'. 50,000 volts should be enough to keep anyone from straying from the script," said Fetzer, who is founder and co-chair of the Scholars with physics professor Steven Jones.

The fast-growing, over 200-member strong society is only the tip of an iceberg of a "9/11 Truth" movement which has produced dozens of books and acres of websites assailing the official version of 9/11.

It's an uphill battle. Tarpley's publisher and 9/11 Truth Scholar John Leonard says you can get the basic "9/11 Truth" idea across in less than a minute, but most Americans have psychological barriers to it.

"When we hit a fact that contradicts our world view, we usually pause, rationalize it away and just keep on going. We don't come to a crashing halt like a computer program that runs into a misplaced comma. We are influenced too easily by repetition, and too little by logic.

But sometimes we do stumble onto something that makes us want to dig deeper. That's where 9/11 researchers come from."

As an experiment, Leonard asks people to look at three points. First, the little video-clip image of a building smoothly collapsing into dust. This was Building 7 of the World Trade Center, which collapsed at about 5:30 p.m. on 9/11/2001, with all the signs of a controlled demolition. Second point: the WTC 7 collapse is not mentioned at all in the official 9/11 Commission report, was never explained anywhere by the government, and is hushed up by the corporate-controlled media. If you are the researcher type, you now realize that something is very, very wrong. Third, look at the image of one of the Twin Towers exploding, an hour after the jet fuel burned off. Could this energetic eruption be caused by gravity? This quick intro may not be enough to bring about anyone's instant conversion experience, but it might at least help see where the Scholars are coming from when they report things like "there were no Arabs on the passenger lists" or "cell phones don't work at 30,000 feet." * * Close Enough for Government Work * *

The most hilarious moment of government mendacity in the Moussaoui mistrial as noted by Fetzer came with the inflammatory recordings, allegedly of the last moments of Flight 93 which went down over Pennsylvania. "Not only should they never have been admitted into evidence," Fetzer said of the crude fakes, "but Allen Green has noted that much of the conversation is from the passenger cabin -- which would never be picked up by the cockpit voice recorder, even through an open door. And most of the time, the cockpit door was supposed to be closed." (CVR's or "black boxes" from the WTC and Pentagon were allegedly never found, an almost unprecedented occurrence in itself.)

Another howler was noted by a Muslim member of S9/11T. Of the last words of the "hijackers" on the tape, "Allah is great!" ("Allahu akbar!"), Muhammad Columbo says, "The last words of a Muslim cannot be these! This is in the call to prayer, or in an attack at war. On dying, a Muslim must confirm that "There is but one God, Allah, and that Mohammed is his prophet!"

Either they were fake tapes, or fake Muslims, shouting "Let's roll!" in Arabic. And now the corporate media leg of the synthetic terror structure has rolled a whole new fake, "United 93 the movie."

* * Patsies and Molehills * *

"I'm just a patsy!" Lee Harvey Oswald cried out, in an unforgettable, desperate bid to save himself. The term "patsy" goes back to the medieval Pazzi family, who were fooled into thinking they would be rewarded for trying to overthrow the Medicis, but were only hanged for their trouble. "Pazzi" is now the word for "crazy" or "fools" in Italian.

Webster Tarpley brought the vocabulary of patsies and moles to the 9/11 issue. The analytical power of Tarpley's rogue network model was made even clearer with the Moussaoui trial. Without his framework of patsies and moles, one can be easily overwhelmed by the propaganda barrage around the case.

The actual terror acts are executed by other specialists in the war party network, the professional killers. In his Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, John Perkins calls them the "jackals," the real hit men who come in to assassinate honest officials where the corrupt blandishments of the EHM's fail. The network is rounded out by a privatized command center, and the controlled corporate media that covers up loose ends and trumpets the party line.

Tarpley writes, "Moussaoui represents the classic case of the patsy -- part double agent consciously working for the government, part psychotic, part fanatic, part dupe. His lawyers tried to save him by showing that he is a delusional paranoid schizophrenic, and this is doubtless accurate."

"Like shoe bomber Richard Reid, Moussaoui is a product of Finsbury mosque in London, long notorious as a British intelligence recruiting center for expendable patsies..." (Full text at end of this article) In his book 9/11 Synthetic Terror, the chapter "Islamic Fundamentalism: Fostered by US Foreign Policy, Tarpley makes a broad statement: "Again and again, terrorist groups with US-UK backing have intervened against progressive nationalists in the Arab world, in favor of fundamentalists."

That Moussaoui is a mental wreck was made clear in the Washington Post's April 19th report, Psychologist Tells Court Moussaoui Is Delusional. "Zacarias Moussaoui is convinced that the FBI tried to track his movements in the United States through a surveillance device placed inside his electric fan, and believes President Bush will free him in a prisoner exchange."

Moussaoui's defense team evidently were not acquainted with Tarpley's model, or they should have turned the tables and accused the moles, their client's controllers. Their psychologist would have realized that Moussaoui is suffering a form of induced psychosis. Much of Moussaoui's behavior fits the pattern of a confused, vulnerable and suggestible subject operating under the instructions of terrorist case officers.

Before he was turned into a fundamentalist fanatic in the MI-6 mosque, Moussaoui was a playboy, known for "a proclivity for alcohol, women and partying before conversion to strict Islam," according to news reports. "Those who remember Moussaoui from his loudmouth displays at London mosques, and who trained with him in Afghanistan, describe him as a man who enjoyed exaggerating his own importance." The double agent role appeals to this kind of vain, weak mind.

To what extent the spy service training left him obsessed with the idea of jihad, suicide missions and hatred for America, and to what extent this is the role-playing of a double agent, is a moot point. Moussaoui is very confused and constantly under intense pressures to display the repellent "enemy image" behaviors, so his psychosis may be purely induced by constant reinforcement and the sheer madness of the situation he has gotten into.

One clear sign of the dominant influence of his handlers is Moussaoui's insane hostility to his defense team. Tarpley stresses that Moussaoui's belief in a pardon by Bush is a sign of case officer control -- they are telling him to put his head all the way into the noose to be saved. As a precedent Tarpley cites from the master template of all Anglo-American false-flag psy-ops, the 1605 Guy Fawkes hoax. The double agents there were compromised individuals, living under conditional pardons. Two of them had been literally saved from the noose at the last minute by Cecil, the grand mole and controller. This example helped him fool a whole gaggle of gullible stooges to go along with the instructions to incriminate themselves as needed to create a grand fake terror design. They were then hanged.

Moussaoui's delusion about the fan was not entirely irrational either. He knew the FBI were tracking him, and said so in his own defense at one point in the case. The fan could have been a suggestion from a case officer to reinforce control. Of course, if he knew he were being tracked, he couldn't rationally plan terror acts on his own. More to the point, he knew he was being tracked by them because he was employed by them -- as terror bogeyman.

His strange remark at the trial, "No pain, no gain, America," seems to indicate some overall understanding of the purpose of his employment: to create a war pretext by a false-flag operation. His lack of emotion at the scenes of destruction of the WTC also fits, as do other indications we have that none of the "alleged hijackers" were involved with the 9/11 plot. These "flight students" etc. existed only as a species of human camouflage for the false-flag op.

A false-flag operation is a term from sailing ship days, when a war could be instigated by raising an enemy flag on one's own warships and attacking one's own side. In false-flag operations, Tarpley says, "The patsies ultimately have three vital functions. The first is that they have to be noticed. They must attract lots and lots of attention. They may issue raving statements." This helps makes them credible scapegoats -- and also repugnant as enemy images. It is what Moussaoui was good at; it even got him arrested, perhaps due to a shortage of moles in Minneapolis.

Secondly, meanwhile, the patsies must stay out of jail, not to carry out the terrorist attack -- that is a job for the professionals -- but to be scapegoated for it. Keeping them out of jail is a job for the moles.

After the atrocity, the moles turn on the patsies and liquidate them -- perhaps secretly, in the case of alleged suicide hijackers, or publicly, like Lee Harvey Oswald. Moussaoui's greatest usefulness for now is as the perfect buffoon in a show trial. After all, the whole purpose is war propaganda, and he plays his part to the hilt.

The barbarity of the entire procedure, from recruiting a naive subject, entangling him in intrigue, turning him into a human wreck to be pilloried as a bogeyman, then executing him, and this all in the service of far greater atrocities against millions of innocent victims in the target countries: the sheer depravity beggars the imagination.

As for the moles, CBS reported on Mar. 21 that "prosecutors allege that Moussaoui's lies to FBI agent Samit prevented the FBI from thwarting or at least minimizing the Sept. 11 attacks," yet Samit "warned higher-ups and others in the government at least 70 times that Moussaoui was a terrorist." Samit blamed the FBI's failure to launch a timely investigation on "criminal negligence" and careerism by certain agents in FBI headquarters."

"Ignoring five or six reports of this kind might reflect incompetence. Twenty or thirty, criminal negligence. But ignoring 70 reports has to be a matter of deliberate policy," Fetzer observed.

In his book, Tarpley noted that suspected moles, like David Frasca at FBIHQ who sat on the warnings, should logically be standing trial before this jury on multiple counts of "failing to prevent 9/11" -- not getting promoted!

Instead, an American kangaroo court came to a harshly unconstitutional decision. Writer Jerry Mazza explains this as the result of "Painwashing" in Online Journal -- repeating painful stories until judgment breaks down and the jurors give in. He points out that on 9/11, the same thing was done to the American people.

"It was what Pavlov called traumatic conditioning," says Leonard, "A way of reversing your normal characteristics by deep shock. Then ordinary repetitious conditioning is used to maintain the new traits." He thinks this may be how ex-playboy Moussaoui was flipped around into a fanatic. And his trial is just such a "booster shot" for America.

Commenting on the prosecutors' use of conditioning tricks on the jury, trial judge Brinkema himself warned, "You may pay a price for that down the road."

The price would be condemning the wrong person to death and letting the real culprits go free.

Moussaoui attended a flight school in Norman, Oklahoma for months, but failed to obtain a pilot's license. Moussaoui has saved the federal case against him from collapsing at least twice – once when he plead guilty to capital crimes in the first place and, more recently (after unprecedented prosecutorial misconduct in prepping witnesses), by reversing his earlier denials of a personal role in 9/11 and claiming that he and Reid were supposed to fly a Boeing 747 into the White House on September 11. But the specter of the mentally disturbed derelict Reid and the psychotic Moussaoui succeeding in this undertaking is absurd – these two bunglers could hardly hijack a tricycle. Moussaoui has repeatedly and obligingly tightened the noose around his own neck when the prosecution was at its weakest. His repeated outbursts in the court have provided a steady stream of inflammatory headlines in support of the government's account of 9/11, headlines which have been eagerly spread by the corporate controlled media. This suggests that he remains under the influence of terrorist controllers or case officers inside the US military-security bureaucracy. What Moussaoui's case officer is telling him is suggested by the Moroccan's claim that he is going to be pardoned by George Bush as part of a future exchange of prisoners. Moussaoui's controllers have reportedly fitted him with an electric stun belt as an additional means to influence his behavior. This makes the entire proceeding a barbarous travesty. Moussaoui should be confined in an institution for the criminally insane and treated, not executed.

The government has argued that Moussaoui must die because he did not reveal the full scope of the 9/11 plot when he was arrested in August 2001. But, under the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution, nobody can be prosecuted for a failure to incriminate themselves. The government witness list has included prima facie FBI moles such as Michael Rolince, the boss of the notorious FBI executive David Frasca who received the Phoenix memo and the Minneapolis warnings about Arabs in flight schools, but who systematically sabotaged action on these warnings. Rolince testified that key warnings never reached him. Harry Samit of the Minneapolis FBI took the stand to accuse FBI headquarters officials like Rolince and Frasca of "criminal negligence" for their failure to respond to seventy messages sent by Minneapolis. FBI whistleblower Collen Rowley has said in this same connection that Minneapolis agents joked "that the key FBIHQ personnel had to be spies or moles." She was right. But they were not moles for "al Qaeda," but rather for the rogue network in the bowels of the US military-security establishment which carried out 9/11 as a means of unleashing the war of civilizations. The Alexandria show trial represents the government's clumsy attempt to shore up the discredited official explanation of 9/11 in the face of the growing influence of the 9/11 truth movement.
